Please give a brief description of the damage? : we came home and turned our water on and the pipe broke pouring water into our living room bedrooms and kitchen. We didn't know how to stop it and what to do. We asked a friend and they said call ASAP 24/7 Water Damage Restoration. They came in 30 minutes and took care of our disaster flood job. Our floors were all flooded, our furniture caught in the middle.

RE: Flood Damage in Condo
Dear Lenny,

On July 10, 2009 we came home to a flooded condo with water all over the carpets, tile floors and furniture sitting in water. We were in a bind, leaving town the next day for a week, I immediately thought of ASAP 24/7 Water Damage! I called them and within 30 minutes ASAP 24/7 arrived! They brought their truck with all the equipment needed to extract the water from the floors. They removed all the carpet, and put the furniture up on blocks, then proceeded to carefully remove all the baseboards to help speed up the wall drying process.
After the drying equipment was set up, ASAP monitored the process fro the next three days until all the moisture was removed from the condo. This prevented us from getting any mold!!

We were thrilled we called ASAP 24/7 to handle our emergency situation!
Without a doubt, we would highly recommend ASAP 24/7 to all our friends and associates!

On July 31, 2007 my Condo at Portofino, Jensen Beach was flooded by toilet overflow in one of my bathrooms.  About 2" of water was on the floor of 3BR, 2Bath condo which comprised of over 360 gallons of water.
When I found out about 6pm in the evening, my friend came to rescue me who fortunately called ASAP or Lenny Anderson, owner, and within 30 minutes, 3 people with bunch of equipment and trucks came in my apartment.  With their strenuous effort until 2 am in the morning, 360 gallons of water was extracted and 3 days of continuous work saved my condo from further damage by mold or any other disaster.
I carry his card with me all the time and I highly recommend them for any kind of cleaning and restoration related services and they will be there ASAP when we need them.
